We Speak Light

Christ is in me; Christ lives and moves in me. It is great joy. I am grateful. Christ wants nothing more than this.

His Breath is in me. His Life is in me and in you; Christ is in you. I honor you; I am grateful for you.

You and I are light, and we tread lightly on the Earth. We speak Light. We honor ourselves and our brothers. We show them ourselves, the same as they are.

I am with you and in you; I love you. Show others that I live in you; show them the great joy. Love them.

Radiate your light. Amen.

Midnight Conversation

Nancy: Not really anorexic or bulemic, just addicted to food. It's really hilarious how twisted our ideas of life can become.

We feel we have to consume in order to have, but that's not true. We have it all, and hide it from ourselves, ashamed of who we really are.

Having and being are the same. We are all. Everything. No big gaps, all of it.

Consuming is a twisted idea, and it has nothing to do with Reality.

Consume "fun" foods rather than having fun; why not just have the fun? Because we're afraid of having fun, afraid of joy, feel unworthy of joy .

Holy Spirit: Walk through the fear to the love for yourself. Let it all come up, every bit that wants to come up now. And forgive parents who passed the consuming idea to you and it was perfect; you needed it for your growth, to see that you wanted things to be better, you wanted to rise above. Now you see things differently; now you never need overeat again.

The padding and the hiding that you don't need anymore; we know you in spite of it and we love you.

The disease and distortion that are lies; you know this now. Uncovering the beautiful truth that you hid in fear.

Shame and blame followed. "I need nothing."

Uncovering. Purging. Rebirthing.

No need to hurt yourself again. Growing up from silly ideas that you aren't good enough. To--now.

Nancy: Unworthiness swallowed down and buried, but hurting in the bowels, lingering.

I surrender; I let go. No more. Pain hurts and joy feels good; I can keep that straight now.

Holy Spirit: It's not about eating and taking in; it's about loving and extending out. Feed the body to maintain it and take joy there, but move on. You are Love.

The block comes up to be dissolved in Light. You Are good enough; you Don't have to fight or strive.

Nancy: It's pretty messy, pretty stirred up.

Holy Spirit: Find the truth of yourself here. Wallow no more. Now life can move through you. And it is very good.

TURNING

Sadness gives way to serenity
As vast energy flows evenly by,
And tears turn to freshness,
glowing faces and flowers,
As I bask in the glory
That I am Given.

Fire the Grid

Participating in Fire the Grid was a wonderful experience in joining. I felt joined, and saw an Opening in front of my face even though eyes were closed. I was instructed to give love into this opening. For 15 minutes at a time, I was able to give that love, and felt no drain! The love just disappeared into the Opening with no clue as to where it went. I imagined an enormous sponge, dry and thirsty, soaking up the love and directing it to where it was needed. Later I found that the love did get to where it was going. Now I can give love into that Opening at will, and am directed to often.

MEDITATION AND PRAYER

Meditation and prayer are very beautiful. We pray without ceasing; we pray with our Life. Live life fully!

I will participate in Fire the Grid tomorrow morning at 7:11 a.m., based on your recommendation and Regina's. I'm somewhat skeptical of the story, even though it is beautiful; I wonder about people who say they have died and come back to life, when it doesn't seem like they've died. However, the unification meditation will be helpful. I'd love to hear the music on the site; the audio on my computer doesn't work for some reason; it's a metaphor for a block in my mind that says I can't express fully. Anyway, I won't be on ACIMGather for that reason. Would love to be on ACIMGather; well, miracles may occur between now and then.

Love,
Nancy

Hi Tommy!

Well, I hope this works. I've never created one of these before; kind of fun!

SACRED EMPTINESS

Emptiness in the pit of my stomach.
The emptiness is Me; I am calling to you. Speak from the emptiness. Emptiness is Me; I don’t know if you hear Me. People will be fickle to you; it doesn’t matter. Honor your Self, and honor them. Some think emptiness is longing; it is grief. But true emptiness is an echo chamber, to hear the echoes of your soul. It isn’t fickle; it is there from which to speak. It is a great void which you try to fill up, but it can never be filled up; it is too vast. And besides, it is already filled with God. It delights in you, and your efforts. It helps you, and your efforts. Out of this peace come words of love. Yes, under every appearance of attack there is love. Under every appearance of fear there is love. Love is the truth. Beneath the games there is love. Beneath the rampant paranoia of the news there is love, serving as we have asked it to do. The Heart of God is here. Your heart is here. The Unseen is here. It waits for you to notice it. If you feel unnoticed, it is because you have not noticed this, here in the emptiness. Emptiness is misunderstood; you feel you are misunderstood. But emptiness understands you; jump in and see. You are not misunderstood; you misunderstand. You are not lonely, with Me here.
