Christ is in me; Christ lives and moves in me. It is great joy. I am grateful. Christ wants nothing more than this.
His Breath is in me. His Life is in me and in you; Christ is in you. I honor you; I am grateful for you.
You and I are light, and we tread lightly on the Earth. We speak Light. We honor ourselves and our brothers. We show them ourselves, the same as they are.
I am with you and in you; I love you. Show others that I live in you; show them the great joy. Love them.
Radiate your light. Amen.

Midnight Conversation
Nancy: Not really anorexic or bulemic, just addicted to food. It's really hilarious how twisted our ideas of life can become.
We feel we have to consume in order to have, but that's not true. We have it all, and hide it from ourselves, ashamed of who we really are.
Having and being are the same. We are all. Everything. No big gaps, all of it.
Consuming is a twisted idea, and it has nothing to do with Reality.
Consume "fun" foods rather than having fun; why not just have the fun? Because we're afraid of having fun, afraid of joy, feel unworthy of joy .
Holy Spirit: Walk through the fear to the love for yourself. Let it all come up, every bit that wants to come up now. And forgive parents who passed the consuming idea to you and it was perfect; you needed it for your growth, to see that you wanted things to be better, you wanted to rise above. Now you see things differently; now you never need overeat again.
The padding and the hiding that you don't need anymore; we know you in spite of it and we love you.
The disease and distortion that are lies; you know this now. Uncovering the beautiful truth that you hid in fear.
Shame and blame followed. "I need nothing."
Uncovering. Purging. Rebirthing.
No need to hurt yourself again. Growing up from silly ideas that you aren't good enough. To--now.
Nancy: Unworthiness swallowed down and buried, but hurting in the bowels, lingering.
I surrender; I let go. No more. Pain hurts and joy feels good; I can keep that straight now.
Holy Spirit: It's not about eating and taking in; it's about loving and extending out. Feed the body to maintain it and take joy there, but move on. You are Love.
The block comes up to be dissolved in Light. You Are good enough; you Don't have to fight or strive.
Nancy: It's pretty messy, pretty stirred up.
Holy Spirit: Find the truth of yourself here. Wallow no more. Now life can move through you. And it is very good.
